Every year, Medicare rates plans and the number of the stars represents how well a plan performs based on member feedback and data from members, doctors and hospitals. We provide Northeast Ohio residents with quality coverage and care through affordable Medicare Advantage, also known as Part C, plans. Original Medicare does not offer the additional benefits, like prescription drug coverage (Part D) or dental and vision, that Medicare Advantage plans can supply.

Our plans include an allowance for dental care. Up to $1,150 allowance, dependent on plan, to be used towards dental care. Choose your own dental provider!

Part D Prescription Drug Coverage

Over 170 preferred generic medications are available for $0 copay and additional gap coverage for tier one and two medications. (Not included on Basic MA Only plan.)

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Allowance 

Up to $300 annual allowance for OTC health-related items through Optum Personal Care. Shop with a convenient debit card.

Vision Coverage and Eyeware Allowance

Our plans include a $0 copay for routine exams and an allowance. Up to $300 allowance towards glasses and contacts available.
